1. Supplier Onboarding & Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across the U.S. for apparel, uniforms, merchandise, and safety products.
Conduct supplier audits and ensure quality, compliance, and capability standards.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelines with local and international vendors.
Maintain supplier documentation and integrate them into Nona Lifestyle’s procurement platform.
2. Operations & Coordination
Act as a liaison between U.S. customers and overseas production teams.
Coordinate sample approvals, production schedules, and quality inspections.
Monitor order progress to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping.
Support logistics and warehousing teams for smooth inbound and outbound operations.
3. Process & System Management
Maintain accurate order data, lead times, and tracking information in internal systems.
Work closely with tech and product teams to refine the supplier onboarding process.
Contribute to developing SOPs for procurement, production, and logistics workflows.
4. Customer Support & Delivery
Handle customer communication for ongoing orders, ensuring updates and transparency.
Coordinate issue resolution (delays, quality concerns, replacements, etc.) with overseas teams.
Ensure post-delivery feedback is captured for continuous improvement.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly supplier performance and production reports.
Track KPIs such as lead time, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery rates.
Suggest new sourcing regions or suppliers based on capacity and demand trends.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or International Business.
3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, textiles, and vendor management.
Experience working with overseas suppliers (India, Asia, or similar markets).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ERP , CRM, or supply chain management software.
Ability to work flexibly across U.S. and Asia time zones.
