Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

a. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive both B2B client acquisition and B2C e-commerce sales.

b. Plan monthly budgets for advertising, lead generation, and content creation.

c. Analyse marketing performance and present data-driven insights to leadership.


2. Performance Marketing

a. Manage campaigns across Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP), Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.

b. Optimize ACOS, ROAS, and CPC metrics for Amazon product listings under the Brooklyntrend brand

c. Implement A/B testing and conversion optimization across ad creatives and landing pages


3. Social Media & Content Marketing

a. Build and manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

b. Develop content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.

c. Collaborate with design teams to create engaging visual assets, videos, and ad creatives.


4. SEO & Website Management

a. Oversee on-page and off-page SEO for nonalifestyle.com

b. Coordinate Shopify website optimization to improve conversion rate and organic ranking.

c. Research and track industry keywords, trends, and competitor benchmarks.


5. Email & CRM Automation

a. Design and manage email automation workflows for B2B outreach and Shopify customers.

b. Work with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for lead tracking and nurturing.

c. Manage retargeting campaigns and customer re-engagement initiatives.


6. Analytics & Reporting

a. Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Dashboard, and Meta Insights.

b. Create weekly and monthly reports tracking performance metrics, traffic, and

conversions.

c. Suggest continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
